InSpeech Medical: Automated Medical Report Creation and Management.

By using the integrated InSpeech Medical information system, which includes built-in automatic transcription software, medical reports can be created and stored directly within the patient’s medical record. This automation streamlines the workflow and significantly reduces the risk of errors during document classification and entry. 

Typing costs are eliminated, and the overall healthcare system is modernized.

 The delivery time of medical reports to patients is greatly reduced, as doctors now have all the necessary tools to complete and deliver reports more quickly and efficiently. 

This specialized automatic transcription application has been developed to check, correct, and format medical texts, and is currently applied primarily to Medical Reports. 

The system is installed within the hospital’s infrastructure, using specially configured hardware where data is securely stored. The InSpeech Medical application is then installed on the user-doctors’ workstations, allowing the generated text to be recorded directly into the patient’s file—either in the RIS system or in any preferred text editor. 

With continuous support and maintenance services, the system’s smooth operation and usability are ensured across the hospital environment.
